Editor's Take:
Angry Grandpa turned family arguments into one of YouTube's earliest hit formats. Charles Green's explosive rants, smashed televisions and broken game consoles drew millions of viewers. His son filmed most of the clips and set up many of the pranks. Some critics doubted the outbursts were real, while the family linked them to bipolar disorder. Gentler videos, such as the gift of a new house and a classic car, showed a softer side. He said fame gave him a new purpose late in life. His channel kept posting unseen footage after his death.
