Editor's Take:
Ninja turned video game streaming into mainstream entertainment. He built his early following as a competitive Halo player. Fortnite then made him the face of a global craze. His live session with Drake drew a record audience for the platform. Brands, talk shows and sports stars soon wanted to work with him. His move to Mixer showed how valuable top streamers had become. He later returned to Twitch when that service shut down. His dyed hair and headband became instantly recognisable to millions of young fans.
