Editor's Take:
Neymar is one of the most gifted and entertaining footballers of his generation. He burst onto the scene at Santos as a teenager, with dazzling dribbling and flicks. At Barcelona he formed a famous front three with Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez and won the 2015 Champions League. In 2017 Paris Saint-Germain paid a world-record fee of €222 million for him. He became Brazil's joint all-time top scorer, level with and then passing Pelé's official tally. Injuries have often interrupted his career. Even so, few players have matched his flair.
